Yesterday i decide to change my workout to P90X Doubles from lean P90X. The reason way i was doing lean because i had tennis elbow s an acute inflammation of the bursa at the outer side of the elbow,causing pain and swelling .The pain can radiate to the forearm.So i went to see the doctor and he gave a shot and told not lift any weight or any thing heavy that can cause more pain to my elbow for 6 months but if i want to use weight it had to be very light that really suck but i had follow what the doctor told to do so my elbow could get better.Two months ago my wife told that friend she meet a turbo camp had same thing, tennis elbow and he being taken joint support from beachbody and the pain was going so i decide to try it out and it work and now i'm pain free from tennis elbow.I did P90X chest & back, Ab ripper X and do not feel no pain on my left elbow.Today i'm going to be doing turbo fire and P90X.Later on tonite i'm going to doing
