Workout

Also did the bonus round: 20.Plank to chaturanga Iso 21.Half back 22.Table dip leg raise.It was a fun workout but extreme and all done at home.Also did Turbo Fire( Fire 55 EZ class) in turbo fire i did high-low,twist,quick punches and speedbag and also 2 in in 60-second intervals.After the workout i had Recovery Formula it help reduce soreness and P90X peak performance.
