weight loss

Today i did Turbo Fire(HIIT 20 CLASS)it was good workout.I did 7 drill in 45second intervals: sumo burpee,quick-feet,high knees,sumo touch and squat jumps that all in the 7 drill intervals.I also add a new workout Jillian michaels ultimate kettlebell is something different but was little difficult doing moves:bridge pullover(30second),row(30second)and i repeat for three times.
