Workout

Today i did P90X (Core Synergistics)it was extreme and felt good. The workout i did in core synergistics where:   1.stacked foot/staggered hands push-up                                            2.Banana roll   3.Leaning crescent lunges 4.Squat run 5.Sphinx push-up 6.Bow to boat 7.Low lateral skaters 8.Lunge & reach 9.Prison cell
push-up 10.Side hip raise 11.Squat x-press 12.Plank to chaturange run 13.Walking push-up 14.Superman banana 15.Lunge kickback curl press 16.Towel hoppers 17.Ballistic stretch 18.Reach high & under push-up 19.Steam engine 20.Dreya roll.
